We are local and not corporate-owned. That means you are a member of our community, not a name on a chart or a number in the system. This philosophy allows our team to provide a higher standard of care. At the end of the day, we want you to feel comfortable and cared for.

This is a supportive, judgment-free dental practice. You will never feel pressured because you are in control of your treatment.

This not only establishes trust between us and our patients but ensures that our patients feel comfortable and safe during every step of their dental care journey.

I will treat you like you are my close family. I will strive to offer and do the best as if you are family. Like a close family member, you have access to me 24/7. My cell number is on the recorder and you may call me at any time. If necessary, I will open the office any time, any day if you need me. The only caveat is you must bring someone with you.

I will not tell you what to do. I will make recommendations and suggestions, but you are in ultimate control. As a health professional I work for you at your discretion. You have the power to refuse treatment or stop treatment at any time. This empowers you to make good decisions.

If for any reason you are confused about treatment, ask questions. If you are unhappy or confused with the costs or explanations offered, ask more questions. If for any reason you feel it necessary, do not hesitate to get a second opinion. If I am confused or don't have an answer about how to proceed, or lack the requisite skill set, I will request a second opinion. I welcome the opportunity to receive help to achieve a good outcome.

I welcome criticism. Complaints are always pleasant, but if something is not right in my office, let me know. Complaints can be made and received without confrontation and anger. I will address and resolve complaints if possible. If not, we can agree to disagree without being disagreeable.

I know my weaknesses. Rule three is where I do not know the answer and seek a second opinion. With number five, I understand the dentistry necessary for treatment but do not have the skills to perform the procedure. I will send you to a specialist.

I believe less is better. As general rule, the less time and money you spend in my office, the better off you are. I will always try to hold down costs, financially, emotionally and timewise. The best long-term treatment done once correctly is usually least expensive in all three mentioned categories.

If you spent twenty years getting your problem, I cannot fix you in five minutes.

I make mistakes on occasion when diagnosing and or during hands-on work. If you, a second opinion or I discover a mistake, I will acknowledge or make known the mistake and correct it or make the proper referral for correction.
